Information Security

Requires multi‑factor authentication for access to financial systems. Core ledger and settlement data are kept on controlled networks. Third‑party software vendors are reviewed before use.

Recordkeeping & Ledger Transition

POL‑OP‑7731

Sets out how physical and digital records of asset ownership are maintained and, where appropriate, migrated to centralised systems. Original legal documents are preserved according to jurisdictional requirements.

Confidentiality

POL‑COM‑5582

Defines that portfolio holdings, counterparty names, and ownership structures are not to be disclosed externally unless required by law or agreed in writing. Unsolicited inquiries for information are routed to the compliance contact.

Access to Full Policies

Complete policy texts are kept in the office’s internal records. Limited access may be granted to certain counterparties or professional advisers under a non‑disclosure agreement.
