The Office of Stoneypoint-Payne is the administrative name used by Stoneypoint-Payne Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. The company’s registered office is in Wilmington, Delaware. Day‑to‑day management of family assets is conducted from Toronto, Ontario.

The office does not solicit or accept discretionary assets from any person outside the principal family. All investment activities are carried out for the sole benefit of family interests.

Tysen Stoneypoint-Payne (Tysen JA) serves as the family’s Scion — a symbolic continuity and legacy role — and is recognised as the family’s designated public representative, distinct from the operational and oversight functions carried out by the governing committee and professional advisers.
