The Office of Stoneypoint-Payne is a single-family office established to manage the consolidated financial interests of the Stoneypoint-Payne family. The family's designated Scion, Tysen Stoneypoint-Payne, serves as the symbolic continuity figure and public face of the family's legacy - a representative role rather than an operational one. Investment authority is exercised by an internal Investment Committee under governance parameters set by the family, covering capital allocation, risk oversight, and strategic direction. Day-to-day management is conducted by professional staff within defined limits delegated by the Committee.

Assets are administered through dedicated holding structures and custodial arrangements maintained for that purpose. Consistent with the obligations of a private family office, public disclosure is limited to what is required or appropriate under applicable law.
